Our thin cut bavette is cut from the sirloin flap and sliced thin, so it's ready for the grill in minutes. It has a loose grain that grabs onto marinades and a rich, beefy flavor.
Marinate, grill hot and fast, and slice against the grain for fajitas, carne asada, and steak tacos. 21-day dry-aged. Born and raised on our family ranch in the Sonoita Valley and never given hormones or antibiotics.
