Our beef fat is ready to render into tallow for frying, roasting, and baking. Homemade beef tallow gives fries, potatoes, and seared steaks unbeatable flavor and a high smoke point.

Chop or grind it, melt it slowly, strain, and store it in the fridge. Also great for adding richness to lean ground beef. From cattle never given hormones or antibiotics on our ranch in Sonoita, Arizona.
