Beef heart is lean, mild, and surprisingly steak-like, one of the most nutrient-dense cuts on the animal and rich in protein, iron, B vitamins, and CoQ10. Sold halved.

Trim, slice thin, and grill hot for anticuchos, or grind it into burgers for a nutrition boost. A great choice for raw pet food diets, too. From cattle raised on our ranch in Sonoita, Arizona, never given hormones or antibiotics.
