Stew /Kabob Meat

Our beef stew meat is cut into hearty, even cubes that are ready for stew, chili, curry, or the grill. Braise it low and slow until tender, or thread it onto skewers for kabobs.

Brown it well before adding liquid for the deepest flavor. Born and raised on our family ranch in the Sonoita Valley.
