We have created a signature ground beef which is a custom blend of dry-aged chuck, short ribs, and lean round. The result is an extraordinary burger, robust in flavor and tenderness with incomparable richness. To top it off, we've saved you time and shaped it into patties, ready for you and the grill!

Available in 1/4 lb patties (4 or 12 pack) and 1/2 lb patties (2 pack). Raised on the Vera Earl Ranch in Sonoita, Arizona, by the same family since 1968.
