Our beef marrow bones are rich, buttery, and perfect for roasting, bone broth, and pho. Choose canoe cut (split lengthwise) for roasted marrow on toast, or cross cut for stock and soup.
Roast at 450°F for 15–20 minutes until the marrow is soft and bubbling. Great for dogs, too. From cattle raised on our ranch in Sonoita, Arizona.
