Our top sirloin steak is lean, beefy, and easy to love, and a great value for everyday dinners. It's tender enough for the grill and lean enough for steak salads, kabobs, and stir-fry.

Cook it to medium rare and slice it against the grain. 21-day dry-aged for more flavor than you'd expect from a weeknight steak, and Pasture raised in Southern Arizona, finished on locally grown grain, and never given hormones or antibiotics.
